Can you get scholarships for Columbia University?

I have all A+’s right now.
But anyways, I really want to go to Columbia. :]
If I were to get a scholarships, can you use scholarships to get into Columbia?
I also heard that they give financial aid. Is that the only way to get into Columbia?
Ahh, I’m kind of confused about this whole money thing and going to college. Cause I don’t really come from a wealthy family and there’s no way I would afford Columbia..

This confused me a bit:

The past where it says “Financial Aid at Columbia is need-based. There are no academic, athletic or talent-based institutional scholarships.” ??
Does that mean that you can only get financial aid if you need it?
If someone would just explain this to me, I’m a bit puzzled. xD
And maybe some ideas on how to get into Columbia?

The scholarship for going to the whole tuition costs by themselves think you are accepted they go through your family can afford to the state school in your grades or getting on their basketball team etc the college or getting on stuff and test scores etc.
