Question about colleges and scholarships?

Elizabeth asked:

I have absolutely no money saved up for college. I’m going into the 9th grade. I want to be a cardiac surgeon. I’m not very athletic, so what can I do for scholarships? I live right outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I want to stay on the east coast and preferably still kind of towards the North. What are some good schools for what field I want to go into?
(I’ve always kind of like the idea of going to school in New York City and living there.)
