My friend has a senior in high school. He showed me invitations, fliers, catalogs,announcements,etc. from a large number of colleges that are vying for his sons enrollment.The stack was at least a foot high!! This kid is average at best and does not possess any superstar sports status for scholarships either.
Are colleges around America desperate to make money ? By all indications it sure appears to be the case.

Not all illegal immigrants are as bad as people make them sound. Some are the smartest people you will find, others are the most athletic ones you’ll find. My friend is illegal and she is one of the fastest girls you will ever meet. Universities want her, they offer her scholarships and many running groups want to recruit her.
Some of these illegal immigrants have probably more determination to be successful than those citizens who have dropped out of school.
Don’t discriminate against illegal immigrants. They help this nation, they work for us, and they bring up equality issues. Please don’t assume that all illegal immigrants are horrible people that just come to this country to be on welfare.
